The above garments were delivered as "clean" to our facility. The metal and staining on the uniforms was hazardous and resulted in significant risks to the health and safety of the company's employees, as well as disruptions to its operations.

Cintas supposedly corrected this same issue in 2019, yet we're again seeing the same issues.
Are they changing their quality control processes? If so, it directly jeopardizes the safety of our employees. I suppose we're expected to send every uniform to a testing laboratory for analysis before our employees can wear the garments.
Yet, now they want to sue for termination of a contract? Yeah right!
